Ariadna Martín Sánchez (contact: hello@ariadnamartin.dev) is the data controller for the personal data described below.
What data I collect and why
| When | Data | Purpose | Legal basis |
|---|---|---|---|
| You book a call (via Calendly) | Name, email, company, role, team size, and anything you choose to add | Schedule and prepare the call | Steps taken at your request before a possible contract |
| You fill in the pre-call questionnaire (via Tally) | Your answers and, if you choose, a file you upload | Prepare the Health Check and write your report | Steps taken at your request; your consent for optional uploads |
| You email me | Your email address and message | Reply to you | Legitimate interest in answering your enquiry |
I only ask for what I need for these purposes. I don't sell your data, use it for advertising, or add you to a mailing list without asking.
Who processes data on my behalf
- Calendly (scheduling, United States)
- Tally (forms, Belgium, EU)
- Google (email, calendar and video calls, United States)
- Porkbun (domain and email forwarding, United States)
- GitHub (website hosting, United States), which may log technical data such as IP addresses for security
Where these providers are outside the EU, transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long I keep it
I keep data from calls and questionnaires for up to 12 months after our last contact, unless we start working together, in which case it is kept for as long as the engagement lasts and as long as legally required afterwards.
